Locheaster Sept 22 A committee of Allegheny Presbytery has met several times but not agreed on a final report regarding Rev J H Baustian His views include Kenosis Christ emptied of divinity during incarnation and resumed it after the resurrection He upholds preterition while Dr Campbell favors conditional probation and some defend broader divine mercy The report to next meeting suggests no trial for heresy is likely as views are not public and not dogmatic across the church.

Tracy for removal to Limimen for embezzlement charges related to Albert A. Marshall of Towson Md.
