Anwiia Jones was fined 1200 dollars and sent six months to the workhouse for illegal liquor selling. A Ludwig was sent one year to the workhouse for felonious assault and battery. M. Keenan on trial for larceny of a watch from Bo Keenan. James Thompson acquitted of forgery of a check in the name of J. Conners. T. BR. Moreland failed to respond as juror. attachment issued for contempt. Mathias Zeman and wife sue John Gisser for damages. Glaser alleged to have beaten Mrs Zeman at Mek Ort on July 25. capias asked for defendant’s arrest.
