Executors Sustain Rusher Estate Contested Bonds

In Orphans Court Judge Hawkins sustained the executors of the late John C Rusher as Mrs. Risher’s exceptions were overruled regarding bonds bequeathed to her. The dispute centered on whether she could claim $42,000 in Pittsburg water bonds that the testator had only owned at the time the will was made. The widow released her claim, but a second account renewal prompted further objections.
