Constable Jones, Thomas Hughes, and William McNamara were found guilty of assaulting Buro. James Butler was guilty of larceny of two rings from Louisa and Kate Blawen at a McKee's Rocks picnic. George Mahn Jr. was acquitted of breaking a fence at J. A. Hoffman’s. Michael Hara pleaded guilty and was sent to reform school. James Powers pleaded guilty to larceny and was sent to the workhouse for 3 days.
