Master reports no nuisance as Central Traction runs on High street

Lewis McMullen filed as master in Bernard Rafferty et al property holders versus Central Traction Company. The master finds the company exceeded its charter by using High street, delivering a recommendation to abate the nuisance though damages claims vary widely. An appeal on Forbes street opening by Mary E. Schenley was also filed, alleging unjust benefits assessments despite no damages.
