Tragic Pleasant Valley Fire Kills Danehower Family
Hiram Danehower his wife and nine year old daughter perished in a blaze at their Pleasant Valley home. Coroner rules suffocation and cremation, not murder. Fire started from a furnace heating a small conservatory, flames spread rapidly, body of the child found across the mother. Funeral arrangements await, neighbor Mrs Whitehead aided by her sons.
