Special dispatch reports Dr. D P D M Denman of 113 West Ninth Street arrested on a charge of unlawfully trafficking railroad tickets. He allegedly received and disposed of tickets from Indianapolis to Cincinnati, selling them to scalpers while officials claim a vast conspiracy may exist.
