Injunction Sought Over Troy Hill Street Tracks

A bill in equity by multiple property owners accuses the Troy Hill Passenger Railway Company of widening Lowrie Street with switches and moving tracks toward the curb, violating a 1890 ordinance granting a single track. Plaintiffs seek to restrain further work and compel adherence to the ordinance. Judge Soden Ewing granted a preliminary injunction and set a hearing.
