Race Tool or Ringed Trackman Faces Larceny Verdict

Frank Bradley Elise Carson and William Geier were found guilty of larceny in Judge Ewing's court for stealing a gold headed umbrella from Theodore Havchette. They faced testimony of attempted theft of a gold watch from Dr E Duke on a Troy Hill street car January 7. Bradley claimed to be a race tool, a term tied to tracking horse condition for profit.

Million Dollar Transfer From Ex Judge Mellon to Son

City ordinance restricts street entry without council consent
