Pittsburg High School and Allegheny Graduates Shine at Bijou and Grand Opera
The Pittsburg High and Allegheny School graduates celebrated in two venues, Bijou Theater and Grand Opera, with large crowds, bright gowns, and applause. Notable speakers included Superintendent George Lackey, Dr W H McKelvy, Rev E R Donehoo, and Principal Charles B Wood. diplomas were presented to 40 plus graduates across Academical, Normal, and Commercial departments, led by valedictorian Ka Ziegler and top honors to Eva Bard, Walter May, and Anna Young.

Commencement Completes At State College With Noted Attendance
The ceremony featured three professors' houses a large well equipped dormitory and multiple laboratories including chemical physical botanical and armory facilities. Attendance exceeded previous records with about 60 attendees from parts of the state. Seniors held a farewell reception this evening with prominent patronesses listed from State College Bellefonte West Chester and other towns.
