Owen McNally appeared before Magistrate McKienna after an information by Inspector McAleese. He is charged in connections with break ins at the residences of Dr. C. C. Wiley Dr. E. B. Judge Collier fixed fees for six commissioners appointed March 11 1889 to divide the city into new election districts. After a year they filed their report, confirmed last Tuesday. Each commissioner received 500 dollars and the clerk the same plus extra for map work advertising and other expenses.

Albert Nixon, taught by Magistrate Gripp and a steamboat captain, was sentenced by Police Magistrate Gripp to 90 days in the workhouse.
