The two agreements to place the estate in Algernon Bell’s hands are void for public policy and lack of consideration. About $150 500 of the estate had been dissipated, and McCormick sought recovery.

A Chicago philanthropist faces trouble after Inspector Stitch reported to the Treasury Department that Thaac Woolf imported two jinrik shas and two Japanese men to pull them for free children entertainment in public parks. In New York on June 30 a Mrs. Forbes on East 12th Street fired an airgun from her window at boys in a maple tree. Kronenberg and Johnson were wounded, Reardon hit in the hand, and the ball struck Kronenberg near the eye. Dr Tuttle treated the injuries. Forbes was held without bail as detectives investigated.

The body of George A Paine of New Castle was recovered near Verner after a skiff overturned at Cat Island Sunday. Paine’s half brother identified the body at the Morgue and said Thompson, jailed for coroner’s inquest, was a friend of the deceased and could not have prevented the accident. Coroner’s Inquest to be held this morning with transport to New Castle for burial.

Michael McMullen an insane boy was brought to his father's Penn avenue home after detention on Monday night. In custody he tore a pipe and removed stones from the wall. Mary Shafer, an insane girl, was found on Sidue avenue and taken to the City Is City Chief Grubbs. Her home is listed on Western avenue.
The coroner reported the drowning of 11 year old McMinn, son of Isaac O. McMinn, a contractor of Lincoln Avenue and Lyric Street, in the Allegheny river near the new water works. The incident occurred around two oclock. body not recovered.
