Harrisburg January 5. George P. Cooper of Cooper Reynolds Co. appeals the Dauphin County Court ruling that he fraudulently contracted a debt with Hart and Co. Philadelphia and cannot benefit from the 1842 act ending imprisonment for debt. Cooper’s bail was forfeited and his whereabouts are unknown.
