WASHINGTON Aug 21 Solicitor Hepburn of the Treasury Department told Assistant Secretary Crounse a verbal opinion on land acquisition for public buildings in Pennsylvania. He agreed with Judge Crounse that the general law of 1883 covers the matter and that a site for a public building can be secured quickly through The Dispatch.
