Bridge to be within 250 feet of any existing bridge and used exclusively for traction cars. Ndcaioon escaped and swam to shore while Wrigley's body could not be recovered.
Major Daniel O Driscoll longtime lawyer and pension agent in Washington was found guilty in the United States Circuit Court of unlawfully withholding $1000 of $1700 obtained for Mrs Phoeich. Bail denied, and he was sent to jail. A temperance meeting at Centenary Church on Kirkpatrick Street was addressed by Rev J L Littell with Rev J T McGrory to speak next Monday.
