In the Fourth Consolation Division Semi Final Mrs. Irving S. Robeson won by default over Mrs. L. E. Beall. Mrs. Austin Heath advanced by default over Mr. C. M. Rudel. In the Final Robeson defeated Heath three and two for the title.
The Pinehurst Mid-Winter Shoot opens January 8 in North Carolina, continuing a storied trapshooting tradition. This year the program reduces from six days to five, dropping the Consolation and adding interspersed special contests including an East vs West team race, with a strong field led by John W. Eshelman Jr. and other top shooters from across the country.
