Women golfers win trophies at Advertising Men’s tourney
The Advertising Men organized a first ever women’s tournament. Miss M Eleanor Freeman won gross qualification, Mrs D W Cooke net. Mrs Raymond Durham and Mrs S Lowe won consolation. Gardner beat Smith in the final of the first eight, Ostrander won consolation. Second eight saw Durham and Lowe win consolation. Match play details follow with rounds, semis, and finals.
