Midwinter Golf Showdown Seals Maxwell Victory

Norman Maxwell of Aronimink captured the President's Trophy in the Fifteenth Annual Midwinter Golf Tournament amid tight battles with Victor Seggerman of Englewood and Howard Phillips of War ing Plantation. Maxwell overcame early deficits, staged a late surge on the 12th to 16th holes, and clinched the medal round against R. C. Shannon, while L. D. Pierce won the second division final.
