Washington Birthday Observance At Pinehurst Highlights

A Pinehurst crowd gathers for Washingtons Birthday exercises at the Holly Inn. Gen Carrington presides and recites Washingtons cradle of liberty message while Capt C McCooke led speakers. North and South attendees enjoy a Spirit filled program with The Star Spangled Banner sung with enthusiasm.

The Old North State song at Raleigh celebration
