Keating Wins President's Cup In Autumn Golf Tourney
F T Keating of Lenox Golf Club and J D C Rumsey of Brooklyn split honors in the seventh annual autumn tournament. Keating won the final six up with five to play after a semifinal win over Richard Hyde. Rumsey beat C B Judson in a twenty hole match to reach the final. Qualification capped at ninety players with Keating Hyde and Goodall posting top scores, while medal play saw Creamer lead with eighty two and Metcalf and Rumsey also high.

Quail Shooting Is Prime Sport This Week
Six days of hunting yield a total of ninety six quail five woodcock and four other game. G. Royal and E. R. Johnson of Philadelphia lead with ninety six quail in six days while J. H. Wesson Victor Wesson and Donald Wesson of Springfield top a single day with twenty two. Townsends Browns Sherman Crowell and others report good field results amid reports of wild turkeys and improving trailing conditions after rain.

The regular Sunday evening program at The Inn drew many villagers who enjoyed a varied recital. The lineup featured Rakoczy March, Liszt Overture Der Teufes, Meyerbeer Trio Romanze, Marschner Aubade, Lullaby, Brahms Intermezzo Naila, Delibes Clarinet Solomarae from Traviata, Verdi selections from La Boheme, and Hymna God be with You.
