Golf match ends with 67 as final score and echoes through Inn
The seven teenth proved fatal as Missouri and Pennsylvania battled on the home green with a strong gallery watching. Missouri led at times while the Pennsylvanians rallied, but a late slump left the match two down. The event drew spectators and bands, with refreshments at key holes and commentary by Mr. Bowen on bunkers. The trophy is on display at The Inn and autographed photos will be sent for five dollar certified checks. The players refused press talks and there is no published scorecard. The next event is the Holiday week tournament December 27 to 30.
