The Berkshire advertises running water from Pinehurst Springs, bath rooms, steam heat, open fires and electric lights. Rooms are comfortable and public spaces attractive. The hotel will be managed this season by Wt. F. B. Kimball, proprietor of the Eagle Inn, Orwell.
