Miss Ethel Roper daughter of Mr and Mrs Ben Roper died at their home near Cross Roads church on September 23 and was buried at Tabor church the next day Funeral services were led by Rev D W Hiatt in a room filled with relatives and friends The 13 year old girl was praised as a helpful kind child The note ends with an add for J J Gantt in Liberty selling a Jewel stove or range.
