The 190 acre tract lies on Big Hastatee adjoining Lee W Stansell and Carolina Timber Company with a dwelling, apple orchard and timber. Traced from a 420 acre original, 225 acres were conveyed to R J Johnson, leaving 190 acres to pass at sale.
