Captain Black and twenty Shakespeare Guards left Lordsburg on the 6th to seize M. C. Kinney and his rustlers, believed within miles of Richmond with 250 head of stolen stock. Yesterday morning in camp near Aqua Fria Henry Krowell known as Babe Arewell died while traveling with a team from Precold toward Toca. An old Territorial resident for over thirty years he had served as doorkeeper of the Council in 1879 and as Sergeant at Arms of the same body. He was buried by friends in Prescott after a funeral held in the afternoon from S. E. Patten’s undertaking establishment.

It lists the names of observers and participants including William L Otorn James P Hotem5 William A Haccvik and Samuel Franklin all residents of Phoenix Maricopa County Arizona. Henry Cousens registers the sale with the official date set for the eleventh day of March in the year.

Land Office at Poesia Arizona publishes a notice dated February 19 13 about Tobui Geemro filing for a homestead on the SW quarter of Section 24 Township North Range Facet 851% M. The hearing in Phoenix set for March 27 1683 at 10 oclock for the claim to establish the entry. Witnesses named Thouwas Merrow Whield James T. Pri at and Wiliam BH Gewi.
Notice of intent to mark proof in support of homestead claim No. 4 filed by Colin D Williams before Judge Pinney in the Second Judicial District. The entry, dated February 1, 18s, locates land in Tucson Arizona and names witnesses Wesom B P Moffett George H Hoberta William Raf Sud R Shaw of Phoenix and Maricopa County. Attorney Lenky Gousins is noted.
