The contract for the sale of the Red Rover mine on Cave Creek, a well known property, has been finished and signed. The owners are Messrs Demarlhaix and Cox. Details follow in next paragraphs.
Red Rover has shown strong ore quantity and quality and is repeatedly called a promising mine. The sale is deemed a favorable, businesslike transaction for the buyers, with the price set so mining men can invest. If the mine later proves ten times the paid value, the former owners gain nothing by development, while the purchaser is N. C. Fawcett of San Francisco.
