Tax climatic changes now taking place in Arizona will necessitate an immediate change from the present mode of building. The adobe is no longer a safe or confortable residence unless well covered by the best of rooffing, with eave troughs and a sold stone foundation with raised floor and good ventilation beneath. The old fashioned adobe is damp and unhealthy, and the amount of rheumatiss in the country on that account is increasing, as well as other complaints. The old fashioned adobe must go.
