Program To Help Camp Fire Girls
LAVEEN May 10 Special to The Gazette Camp Fire Girls at Laveen School will present a talent show at 8 p m tomorrow in the school auditorium. After the talent show two films an Abbott and Costello comedy loaned by the Eighth Grade and Trail of the Mounties loaned by the Photo Shop will be shown. Proceeds will help defray expenses of Laveen Camp Fire Girls at summer camp near Prescott. Tolleson Union High School will host a tea at 8 p.m. in the school patio for senior girls, with Mrs John Herrera chairing the musical program. After a potluck dinner, the association Executive Board will be installed and includes William Van Zantan as president, Mrs Ralph Henderson as vice president, Wilhelmina Schultz as secretary, and Mrs Alfred Lewis as treasurer.
