Two 13 year old boys confessed to police today to stealing 767 dollars in electrical gear from three Phoenix firms. Loot included a 210 dollar television sold for 15 and irons valued at 14.95 sold for 3 each. They were arrested after offering a TV for 15. One set valued 418 remained on police records as stolen.
