In San Jose California retired cattle baron Thomas P. Talle 37 faces murder charges after his wife Margaret 29 was shot to death on Christmas Eve at their home. A 44 revolver with two spent shells was found nearby as authorities set a tentative arraignment for tomorrow morning before Justice of the Peace Grandin Miller.
