Group Buys Control Of Pioneer Bank of Arizona
A group led by Allen Rosenberg has acquired 66 percent of Pioneer Bank of Arizona by purchasing 104,159 shares from Financial Corporation of Arizona for 3.025 million dollars. Pioneer will keep its current management and there is no merger with Bank of Scottsdale planned. The bank operates a main office in Financial Center, a downtown Arizona Title Building office, and a Prescott branch.
