Friday evening Marshall I. Wiltfang went to Belvidere and served warrants on W. O. Stephens and R. O. Stephens charging them with interfering with an officer in the discharge of his duty. J. M. Ressiguie, Stam ford constable, was the complaining witness. The men were brought to Kadoka Saturday and appeared before Justice Schwichten berg, then waived examination in Justice Stevenson's court and were bound over to the circuit court in $250 bonds each. States Attorney Alvin Waggoner assisted the prosecution.
