Ordinance No 8 Prohibits dumping within Philip SD town limits
The ordinance bans disposing of dead animals manure offal garbage decayed matter rubbish ashes cans or debris inside Philip with a possible public dumping ground and requires owners of domestic animals that die within town to remove and bury the body within five days.
