Mrs George Meyer nee Maggie Fennel died December 16 1909 at her sister’s home in West Union Iowa after a long illness from consumption. Born in Cox Creek Township she lived in Rock Valley Iowa and South Dakota before marrying George Meyer in 1594. She was 36, left a husband and five children Agnes Helen Margaret Carl and George.
