Midland minister’s house burned in five o'clock blaze
Word reaches Midland that the home of Rev. L. W. Thompson, five miles northeast, burned to the ground about five this morning. Everything the family possessed was destroyed, despite efforts to save a pocketbook and other items left from the storm yesterday. The Bastions and Miss Gladys Hall planned an extensive western trip, with Sioux City and the Pacific coast among their stops.
