Cleveland Ohio May 11 The United Supreme Council of the 88rd and last degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite met in session and closed its executive session April 10 with delegates remaining through May 8. The event included religious services at Congregation near Central Avenue and featured remarks by Harold M. Kinsley and the sorrowful illness of Sumerlina, with officers and members listed as Furniss Richards Weeks and others.

About two thousand fans attended a boxing match presented by the Dunbar A Co on 11th Street below Firewater on Tuesday evening May 17. The lively event drew local interest with crowds cheering the fighters.
