Emancipation Orator Praises Jefferson At Memphis Jubilee

Jas F McCrudden, chief of the sanitation division, commended five inspectors for efficiency and for abating a large number of nuisances in their districts during the past year. Honorees include Supervisor Benj Phier and District Inspectors Cornelius Gaugher Samuel B Hert John W Cobb and Alfred Baker.
