Atlantic City January 6 Frank L Terry a letter carrier sues the city for 25000 alleging injuries from a wreck of a mail wagon that plunged into a trench on Florida avenue during pipe work March 2 1915. The suit filed with the Supreme Court in Trenton will be tried at the May term in Mays Landing. He resides in Pleasantville is married and resumed work. Experts will be called to prove the injuries grave and life threatening at the time of the incident.

Jackson Mississippi December 26 Mrs Betty Norton of the city was awarded a $1000 verdict after sleeping in the same coach as a colored passenger. The Philadelphia bound train carried a special coach for the Southern railway under a law binding all states where the line runs except Iowa and Indiana.
