White man wins libel suit over railway lodge
I E Cousins, a member of the Clinchfield Lodge of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, sued the lodge in Greenfield Federal Court for 15000 in damages alleging libel over a letter labeling him not a full blooded white man and seeking removal from a preferred run.
