The Friends' Association of Phi Was realized Monday night at the annual meeting held at the Friends' Meeting House, 12th and Market. Speakers included Isaac Sharpless of Haverford College, J. Henry Scattergood, E. Long, principal of the school, and Dr. James H. Lard of the Jeanes and Water Funds.
