Charleston February 21 Two ballots were held and on the second Dorr and Hart joined to elect Kenna by a strict party vote. Great applause greeted the declaration of Kenna as winner ending a four week contest. One Democrat abstained until today, and Ex-Secretary Nathan B. Goff Jr. was the Republican rival.
