Arthur Hershy a seven year old boy of 5406 Jefferson street was run over by a cart at Fifty second Street and the old Lancaster pike. He suffered a fractured skull and severe bruising. In Dallas on December 21 F M Etheridge shot Attorney Edwin Harrell four times in a crowded North Texas building elevator. Harrell died at home. Etheridge is in custody. Both men were prominent lawyers and opposing counsel in cotton mill property litigation.
John B. Stanger, 80, of Glaston New Jersey, died at his home after learning his wife could not recover from illness. She was two years older than him and had been ill for some time. The death occurred this morning under peculiar circumstances reported in The Times.
Rubble Smith, 25, of 55 North Second Street Camden, a lineman for the Delaware and Augutic Telegraph and Telephone Co., fell 45 feet yesterday from a pole at Front and Cooper. He was taken to Cooper Hospital with spinal and internal injuries and is not expected to live.
