Mabel Sands, daughter of the late Mahlon Sands of New York, married Captain Clarence Grenville Sinclair of the Seaforth Highlanders at St. Peter’s Eaton Square. The ceremony was quiet with few relatives present. The couple left for Paris for their honeymoon after a reception hosted by the Chaplins.
