Washington April 27 The Times reports growing belief among Pennsylvania politicians in Washington that Henry W. Oliver of Pittsburg will be Mr Quay s residuary legatee for the United States Senate. Oliver has strong ties with manufacturers, helped reorganize Carnegie Company, and is well placed financially. Quay favors him and Magee, Dalzell oppose, as both are Allegheny county residents. Changes in the Harrisburg delegates astonish. Quay is said to have drawn up the list and dropped Stone and Elkin amid friction over Barnett s State Treasurer nomination and Washington county losses. Fight Over Fish Ends With Knife Stabbing At Dump
