The Petersburg Weekly Report is published every Friday in Petersburg Alaska. Editor M. S. Perkins notes the paper was entered as second class matter December 1914 at the Petersburg Alaska Post Office under the act of March 3, 1879.
The National Geographic Board in Washington on June 14 announced nine Alaska place names. The list includes Biscuit Knob near Funter Bay Bokhan Mountain near Kendrick Bay Guide rocks north of Eureka pass Gaidagne point near Prince of Wales Island Huaji Cliff near Cape Chacon Intungidipill and Intungidipill three hills Lulu Island in Prince of Wales archipelago Vorota Island west of Gate passage between Khaz bay and Klag bay.
The undersigned is appointed School Tax Collector for Peters burg Alaska. All males aged twenty one to fifty except certain groups owe five dollar school tax. If in Alaska by the first Monday in April 1922 tax due then and delinquent after May 1 1922. Arrival after first date results in delinquency after thirty days or ten days after notice.
