Judge Dismisses Fraud Case Then Orders Refile In Kansas
Judge Jennings on June 2nd dismissed the fraud to secure a bank charter case against James Dickson Dean Cannon EK J Williams and C Kriedler on motion of the defense. He said he would grant new trials for F J Furnival and take similar action with reference to dismissal. All indictments to be resubmitted to the grand jury at the next term in Ketchikan. Judge Lyons and attorney A H Ziegler made the dismissal motion for the four defendants.
