South Boston Va September 11 The new Town Council took charge of municipal affairs and strictly enforced Sunday laws. No business may open except drug stores and only medicine can be sold. Residents suffer ice restrictions and smokers must wait until Monday unless buying Saturday. The Big Top Hat at Harrison & Co's.
