Death of Samuel Edwards in Baltimore area

Dredging of harbor finished after sand bar clear
The government dredge has completed work clearing sand bars from the river. It found twelve feet depth in harbor and channel and will not restore the washed out dam until the river bank above is heightened.

Old Lady Struck by Street Car on Halifax Street
