The substituted trustee WM. V. Murry will sell at public auction the Lot 1 of Block 105 in Kamper and Whinnery Subdivision No. 2 City of Hattiesburg to satisfy the indebtedness secured by a deed of trust dated November 11 1961 filed in Book 149 pages 447 48. The sale begins at the east side of Forrest County with the bid at the price set by law and time published.
Notice that Molly R. Campbell executed a deed of trust dated November 6 1951 to secure debt to William V. Murry recorded Book 149 pages 845 46 in Forrest County Chancery Clerk records. Default has existed over sixty days and the beneficiary requests foreclosure by the undersigned trustee.
