Peace radio series praised for world outreach impact
The Philadelphia WIP station and Ellen Stoutenberg receive praise for the "Search for Peace" radio project. The program gathers voices from Elanor Roosevelt, John Foster Dulles, Abba Eban, Pearl Buck, Arnold Toynbee, and more across the United States and beyond. The effort, begun in 1988, expands to over 100 stations and emphasizes radio as a public service tool for global harmony.
